How the reservation form works
The form above is the same secure reservation system used on the homepage. Start with the service type, then the pickup date and time, the pickup address, any stops and the drop-off. The next steps ask for the vehicle class, passenger details and payment.
Before anything is confirmed you see the vehicle, the total and the terms. Read the total carefully: it shows what is included, and tolls, parking and extra stops are itemized on the reservation.
Have these ready
Exact pickup and drop-off addresses, with the building entrance for hotels and offices. The date and time. How many passengers and how many bags. A mobile number for the person being picked up, if that is not you. For airport pickups, the airline, flight number and terminal.
If the day has several stops, or the chauffeur needs to wait, choose hourly service and list the stops in order. If you only need to get from one address to another, choose point-to-point.
Choosing a vehicle
A sedan seats up to three passengers and costs $120 per hour. An SUV seats up to six and costs $150 per hour. Both are all-in rates. An S-Class starts at $175 per hour and a Sprinter at $200 per hour, confirmed in the form. Hourly bookings carry a 3-hour minimum; point-to-point transfers start at $130 for a sedan and $160 for an SUV.
